Your Role As the Visual / Content Designer at Musicow, you will be at the creative core of our AI-powered artist initiatives, shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and multimedia output of Musicow's digital and virtual talent. You will use generative AI tools alongside traditional creative software to produce music videos, social content, marketing visuals, and interactive experiences that feel authentic, polished, and culturally relevant. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of art and technology - equally comfortable prompt engineering in Midjourney or Runway as they are refining an asset in Photoshop or syncing a clip to a beat in Premiere Pro. You will help build and maintain the persona, lore, and visual world of Musicow's AI artists, while also supporting broader marketing and product teams as they adopt generative AI into their own workflows. As an AI Visual / Content Designer at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following: Music Video & Content Direction: Program, generate, and edit full-length music videos and vertical social content (TikToks, Reels) using text-to-video tools synced to audio tracks. Virtual Lore & Storytelling: Develop the persona's backstory, visual aesthetic, and tone of voice to build an authentic connection with a digital fanbase. AI-to-DAW Audio Integration: Extract, clean, and arrange AI-generated musical stems inside digital audio workstations to meet commercial streaming quality standards. Interactive Media Production: Build or manage 3D assets (like MetaHumans) for potential live-streamed virtual concerts, AR filters, or interactive fan experiences. Platform & Release Operations: Format, export, and prep visual and audio assets to meet the strict technical guidelines of streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music) and social channels. Generative Asset Production: Generate high-quality marketing visuals, product concepts, and digital assets using AI image and video models. Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and optimize complex text-to-image or text-to-video prompts to achieve highly specific artistic outputs. Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Feed curated brand imagery into custom AI models to train them on specific brand styles, colors, and guidelines. Workflow Automation: Build and integrate automated workflows that combine multiple AI tools to speed up the creative team's production pipeline. Hybrid Post-Processing: Use traditional design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to clean up, refine, and perfect AI-generated outputs. Ethical Asset Sourcing: Ensure all data, reference images, and training sets comply with copyright laws and company ethical standards. Cross-Team Consulting: Train internal design, marketing, and product teams on how to effectively use generative AI tools in their daily workflows. Software Skills Midjourney / Stable Diffusion: Creating hyper-realistic visuals, conceptual art, and custom-styled imagery. Runway / Sora: Generating and editing cinematic AI video clips for marketing or product concepts. Higgsfield: A multi-model aggregator dashboard giving users access to 15+ different external third-party video models under one roof, alongside localized tools like Soul ID for persistent character identities and ad-oriented marketing templates. Traditional Creative Suites Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator: Refining, upscaling, and fixing AI-generated artifacts using Generative Fill and vector tools. After Effects / Premiere Pro: Editing, color-correcting, and compositing AI-generated video elements into final media. Syncing AI video clips perfectly to the beat, applying color grades, and adding motion graphics. Runway Gen-3 / Luma Dream Machine: Transforming text prompts or static album art into cinematic, rhythm-synced music video clips. Visuals & Virtual Avatar Design (The Persona's Identity) Midjourney / Stable Diffusion: Crafting consistent album art, promotional graphics, and generating the baseline visual identity of the artist. Unreal Engine / MetaHuman: Building highly detailed, 3D animated avatars for music videos, live virtual concerts, and interactive social media content. HeyGen / D-ID: Animating static photos of your AI artist to create quick, talking social media updates or video greetings for fans. Audio Production & Editing (The Professional Polish) Ableton Live / Logic Pro: Specifically to blend human instrumentation with AI elements. Vocaloid / Synthesizer V: Writing precise MIDI vocal melodies and tuning vocal lines before running them through AI voice changers. About You Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling with both AI-generated and traditionally produced content. Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or similar text-to-image and text-to-video tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for post-processing and finishing AI-generated assets. Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to iterate quickly toward a specific creative vision. Working knowledge of digital audio workstations (Ableton Live, Logic Pro) and comfort collaborating on audio-visual sync. Understanding of platform and streaming technical specifications (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). An eye for aesthetics, pacing, and tone, with the ability to translate a brand or artist identity into consistent visual output. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent creative pipelines and deadlines. A working understanding of copyright, licensing, and ethical considerations around AI-generated and training data. Clear communicator, comfortable training and consulting with non-technical teams on generative AI workflows. We'd Love It If You Also Had Experience with Unreal Engine, MetaHuman, or other 3D/virtual avatar creation tools. Familiarity with AR filter creation for Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat. Experience fine-tuning or training custom AI image or video models on brand-specific datasets. Background in music video production, motion graphics, or live virtual event production. Experience building or maintaining automated, multi-tool creative workflows (e.g., pipelines that chain generative AI tools together). Familiarity with vocal synthesis tools such as Vocaloid or Synthesizer V. Curiosity about the evolving landscape of virtual artists, AI personas, and interactive fan experiences.
