What you'll do Responsible for managing, formatting, organizing, and distributing digital assets across internal platforms, retail partners, and external agencies Conduct quarterly major asset audits across the digital asset management (DAM) system and all retailer PDPs to ensure accuracy and remove outdated content Manage content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and workflow tools Complete eCommerce NIF Forms and PIM PDP forms for all retail partners Update eCommerce PDP content timelines as new assets arrive or changes occur Conduct Amazon PDP content harvesting quarterly and maintain audit trackers Maintain and update toolkits (Social, Signage, Distributor Partners) in all content portals Support ongoing time sensitive presentation projects for the brand Assist in building or updating advertorial PowerPoints for retail partners, including placement of high-resolution renderings Use PowerPoint and Canva to create simple layouts, templates, visuals, and presentation assets that align with brand guidelines Own and optimize end-to-end content workflows from briefing and creation through review, approval, publishing, and archiving What makes you a good fit Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration 4 years of experience in asset management, marketing operations, content coordination, or eCommerce content Hands-on experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Strong understanding of PDP content requirements and eCommerce formatting standards Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to create simple designs and organize clean visual layouts Experience with graphic design including light graphic and social video editing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience using Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar systems for content management Preferred experience in beauty, CPG, or professional salon industry Some benefits of joining Henkel Health Insurance: affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1 Work-Life Balance: Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday and volunteer time, flexible & hybrid work policies (depending on role), and vacation buy / sell program Financial: 401k matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loan reimbursement Family Support: 12-week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents giving birth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, and scholarships Career Growth: diverse national and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skills development courses, and tuition reimbursement The salary range for this role is $80000.00 and $100000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
