Operations Manager
About OMC
Outsourcing & Management Concepts, Inc. ( is a business management platform, empowered by custom software and proprietary methods. OMC provides strategic advice, capital resources, legal services, accounting resources, and administrative support only to entities which are either owned or affiliated with it. Such entities include companies in Software Services, Real Estate, and Hospitality.

The Opportunity
Candidates are provided with the opportunity to be exposed to various business sectors, including in software, real estate, and restaurants.
Job Description
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
Support team members with various operational and coordination tasks.
Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records.
Assist with invoice management.
Monitor and order supplies and inventory.
Provide Customer support where needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Advanced English language skills (Verbal and Written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage time effectively and be dependable.
Possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced or changing environment
Compensation: Competitive compensation aligned with the local market.
