Sales Director - West (Fully Remote)

Bolster customer service and sales efforts by growing commercial footprint with enterprise clients and new customers. Work remotely and report directly to the Head of North America Sales; this is an individual contributor role. Your Responsibilities: Partner with the Sales Account Manager to create client growth and sales strategies to exceed quarterly bookings and sales targets. Call on warm leads, close them, and simultaneously develop a pipeline of new leads. Travel to existing customers and new leads in the assigned territory for in-person meetings and represent the company at industry conferences. Qualifications: Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales quotas for new, innovative B2B products. 4-7+ years of sales experience and experience selling in-person to C-suite executives. Self-starter who can thrive in a high growth environment with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 plus additional compensation including OTE, equity, and stipends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
