We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Lead Mental Health Technician to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This leadership-focused role is responsible for supporting weekend operations, maintaining a safe and structured treatment environment, and serving as a resource for Mental Health Technicians while ensuring continuity of patient care and operational excellence. The Weekend Lead MHT plays a critical role in supporting patients, reinforcing accountability, assisting with team coordination, and helping maintain a therapeutic environment throughout the weekend shift.
