Project Manager OpportunityAn excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work with one of the largest global banks in Jersey City, NJ.Pay Range: $60/hr – $65/hrJob DescriptionFocus on program financials, supporting tech leadership in program-wide activities (routines to pull together comprehensive program updates across the 3 projects and 10+ workstreams), routines with CFO Change and ePMO. Role has funding via InitiativeCoordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.Knowledge/experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems a plus.The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - as applicable.To apply for this position and set up an interview with the client, please send in your resume along with your contact info.For any further queries, please feel free to contact:Anuj View email address on click.appcast.io
