Sushi Chef

We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests while working with attention to detail. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still accurately fulfilling orders to the restaurant’s standards of quality. No experience necessary . Hours will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Job Requirements Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi Ensure all items are prepped to RNR Sushi standards Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Be able to stand for lo ng periods of time Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies Prepare and plate menu items ensuring presentation adher es to the RNR Sushi brand standards Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines Adhere to prep list and ensure all items are stocked Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment Great Pay: We value the hard work and dedication of our team members and offercompetitive pay as recognition for their efforts.
