CAD/BIM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled CAD/BIM Consultant with strong Revit expertise and experience supporting vertical engineering projects. This role will work closely with engineering, design, and project teams to develop and maintain BIM models, create construction documentation, and ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience utilizing Revit in a consulting or engineering environment and possess a solid understanding of building systems, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Produce accurate construction documents, drawings, and project deliverables.Support engineering and design teams throughout project lifecycles.Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and quality control processes.Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and design guidelines are followed.Assist with model setup, family creation, template maintenance, and data management.Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.Support project documentation, revisions, and as-built model updates.
