About the Role

In 2026, CRM will be the heart of our growth strategy. We are at a transformative moment, reorganizing our platforms and data architecture to scale our results. We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst who will be the focal point of the discipline in the company, combining a strategic analytical vision with impeccable execution (hands-on).

You will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and measuring our customer journey, ensuring that the right message reaches the right time, through the most efficient channels.

What You Will Do

Client Lifecycle Management:

  • Acquisition via Base: Use the largest legal audience in the country to generate relationships stimulating PQLs (Product Qualified Leads) and reducing dependence on paid media.
  • Reactivation: Create recovery cadences for users who did not complete registration or who have become dormant.
  • Top Funnel Conversion: Operate rules to convert anonymous traffic into identified and recurring base.
  • Engagement and Retention: Design onboarding and adoption journeys for the product portfolio, turning sporadic use into daily habit.
  • Revenue Expansion: Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies for the subscriber base, aiming to increase LTV.
  • Influence Leadership: Act as an internal consultant for other areas (Product, Marketing, Commercial), ensuring the CRM culture throughout the customer journey.

CRM Operation

  • Multichannel Orchestration: Design and operationalize complex journeys integrating Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push, eliminating communication silos and ensuring a unique customer view.
  • Tool Operation: Be the "power user" of our CRM platform, ensuring the correct configuration of campaigns and complex automations.
  • Data Architecture Evolution: Act as a key piece in the foundation of our internal CDP, helping to consolidate the Golden Record (360º view) of the user.

Dashboards, Analyses, and Documentation

  • Funnel Vision: Create and maintain dashboards that encompass the CRM's contribution to the pipeline and incremental ARR.
  • Technical Documentation: Keep updated the dictionary of events, segmentation logic, and relationship rules to ensure traceability and scale.

Mandatory Skills

  • Consolidated experience in CRM, preferably in high-growth companies (Scale-ups) or subscription products.
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis of user behavior, creation and optimization of CRM journeys, segmentations, campaigns, and generation of actionable insights oriented to retention and revenue growth.
  • Domination of high-level orchestration tools (e.g., Braze, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).
  • Advanced data analysis capacity (Excel/Sheets is mandatory; SQL or BI tools like Looker/Tableau are great differentials).
  • Proven experience in retention metrics, reactivation, and LTV increase.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks in the journey and propose end-to-end solutions without constant supervision.
  • Enjoy getting hands-on, from configuring segmentation to launching campaigns.

Plus Points

  • Experience in LegalTechs: Previous knowledge of the pains and personas of the legal market.
  • Experience in Restructuring: Having participated in CRM tool migration processes or database reorganization.
  • Technical Knowledge: Notions of HTML/CSS for email marketing and API logic for integrations.
