Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Project Management Office Manager, the Information Technology Supervisor II serves as the Virtual Conferencing Technology Expert and working supervisor for enterprise audio-visual, digital collaboration, and Help Desk support services. The incumbent plans, organizes, and directs technical staff responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual conferencing infrastructure, workplace communication technologies, end-user devices, and service desk systems. This position also oversees help desk operations, including ticket triage, incident response, service request fulfillment, escalation management, and customer service standards. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert for high-level technical issues, vendor coordination, secure system operations, and support for internal business needs and public agency proceedings. The position also manages technology implementation projects and promotes effective communication, collaboration, customer engagement, digital fluency, inclusion, innovation, and resilience.
