*Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages
* Provide a full range of orthodontic services, including traditional braces, clear aligner therapy, and other orthodontic appliances
* Conduct new patient examinations, consultations, and records reviews
* Monitor treatment progress and make adjustments to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
* Collaborate with and support the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care
* Build strong relationships with patients and families through excellent communication and compassionate care
* Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

*Qualifications*

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
* Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state)
* Board-certified or board-eligible preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
