The per-sale number stays roughly consistent regardless of experience level, because our training and lead quality do a lot of the heavy lifting.

The Lead Source

Every lead is warm someone who already asked for a quote or information about life insurance coverage. You're never starting cold on any call, and you'll have access to more than 60 carrier partners so you can genuinely match each client to coverage that fits their actual situation.

Training and Ongoing Support

Onboarding covers product fundamentals and conversation skills from scratch, assuming no prior insurance background. You'll be mentored through your first live calls, and ongoing coaching continues as you build your production and confidence.

What That Per-Sale Number Adds Up To

Part-time agents (fewer weekly hours, consistent effort): $50,000+ in year one

Full-time agents (consistent daily production): $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Both ranges reflect a fully uncapped structure, with pay issued daily/weekly and additional performance incentives available on top.
