Food Server

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Food Server is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking food/beverage orders, carrying out wine/beverage service, performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards.Essential DutiesPrompt, efficient and friendly quality service to any and all guests of the restaurants.Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all menu itemsService all beverage (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in food outlets.Bus tables in station and completes all side work.Assist restaurant host/hostess when required.Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times.Present a neat and clean appearance at all times.Perform other duties as assigned.Work/Educational ExperienceMust be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.One (1) years’ related culinary workABC LicenseJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
