Job Summary The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics - Digital Marketing at Insulet Corporation will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing strategies for the Omnipod® System across European markets. This position is responsible for implementing regional strategies and supporting local EU Marketing Managers in executing digitally focused commercial plans aimed at raising awareness and educating both people living with diabetes and their caregivers. The Senior Manager will lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies and tactical activities, ensuring consistent execution in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-border teams.Key responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, driving the implementation of a portfolio of digital marketing programs to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, and establishing performance metrics for consumer marketing initiatives. This role also involves collaborating with country teams to support existing educational efforts and identifying new opportunities for growth. By sharing successes with the global marketing organization and translating EU marketing achievements for a wider audience, the Senior Manager will contribute to the overall success of digital initiatives. Furthermore, this position requires close collaboration with regulatory, clinical, medical education, and legal/compliance teams to streamline digital processes and develop ongoing market intelligence to inform business planning and strategies for growth in the EU. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics - Digital Marketing to join our team. This individual will work in implementing and evaluating initiatives across digital advertising channels, establishing global best practices and partnering with global marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly within regulated businesses that require balancing compliance with effective marketing. You will oversee global performance marketing programs, collaborating with direct-to-consumer and healthcare provider teams and supporting agencies. They will lead efforts to improve data quality, streamline attribution, and deliver actionable insights that support media investment strategies and funnel optimization. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation across paid digital channels. They will be focused on our product marketing and lead to acquisition funnel, and will come with a blend of analytical, technical, strategic and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and enhance Insulet’s performance marketing programs and drive business growth.  Purpose Develop expert strategic guidance on performance marketing efforts, including paid digital, OOH, and broadcast marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. Analyze marketing funnel and website performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance marketing effectiveness while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Key Responsibilities  Marketing Strategy and Implementation Key partner in implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, working alongside the Director of Digital Strategies and global marketing partners. Ensure performance marketing strategies align with overall business goals and regulatory requirements by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and product development Design and conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve marketing tactics and strategy performance Insights and Analytics Champion and enable increased adoption of data-driven decision-making for digital marketing tactics, driving marketing campaign optimization process and daily management activities to ensure continuous improvement of campaign performance. Connect the dots across marketing channels through data (including TV, OOH, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts and improve both the ROI of our spend as well as the customer journey Working with Digital Marketing Agency and Website Analytics Manager, drive the creation of Global Digital Dashboards to provide visualizations of website performance, conversion analytics, ad performance, and customer insights  Innovation and Trends Conduct thorough and continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness Required Skills and Competencies Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including both strategic and executional experience at multiple points of the acquisition funnel.  Passionate about creating data-driven, cross-channel insights to fuel our strategy and maximize the ROI of our paid marketing Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.  Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidelines. Proficient in BI tools and dashboard creation for campaign performance. Ability to design visually compelling presentations that connect insights to business strategies. Understanding of international marketing environments and regional business model differences.
