Supply Chain Manager

About the Role We are currently searching for an experienced Manager of Supply Chain Management to join our Purchasing Team. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to attend in‑person meetings and work from the Charlotte office as needed. Essential Functions Leads and manages all facility Supply Chain activities, coordinates and evaluates Supply Chain operations personnel. Executes the implementation of the standardization programs for all supply chain functions. Facilitates the implementation of market‑based purchasing projects. Executes the implementation and operational plan for all point‑of‑use purchasing systems. Raises and resolves facility‑based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities. Recommends resources to satisfy business needs and participates in the selection of outside services. Coordinates and drives efforts to enable supply improvement initiatives. Facilitates the standardization of products and optimizes supply utilization through effective collaboration with physicians and clinicians. Manages the facility implementation of SCM plans, identifies and mitigates risks and monitors resource allocations to ensure successful execution of plans. Manages the evolution of the ERP system. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of purchasing or inventory management experience in a healthcare setting. 3 years in vendor relations experience, including contract and pricing negotiations. At least 3 years of contract management and analysis experience. At least 2 years leading the management of an ERP system.
