JOB SUMMARY The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of freight and warehouse agents. Schedule Sunday through Friday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Managing Freight Operations: Ensure the efficient movement of the freight in and out of the warehouse. Supervising Warehouse Associates: Providing guidance, support, and direction to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety. Booking Trailers: Coordinating and booking trailers for shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation. Assisting Dispatch Team: Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and management of equipment, ensuring it's in good working condition. Pay Range $70,304k The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
