Program Supervisor

Program SupervisorS:US is seeking a Program Supervisor for their Home Base homeless prevention program.This position is located at 3rd Avenue New York, NY 10035The Program Supervisor supports and implements best-practices in homeless prevention service delivery. This includes support program assessment, outreach and enrollment activities, monitoring the engagement, follow-up and caseload assignment functions of the program, and supporting overall operations Homebase. The Program Supervisor will work alongside the Homebase Director and management to collect, analyze and monitor data, track and help improve outcomes and support the quality assurance work within the program and its related special projects (FASTEN follow-up, SAMSHA enhancement, supplemental grants/services). They supervise the Data Manager and Archives Manager, and actively engage with funders, stakeholders and the S:US teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality programming and to meet all program contractual requirements.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct monthly data reviews with Program Director in order to manage the budget and targeting of services and program activities of the contract.Responsible for the presentation of program enrollment and data reports to management.Review and monitor distribution of Financial Assistance and resources in coordination with Financial LiaisonTrack all Financial Aid Request packets.Maintain the Department of Social Services enrollment reports.Chart the monthly DSS target requirements. Track goals and relay data information to Program Director on a monthly basis.Maintain tracking reports for clients seeking services to ensure that Homebase is meeting Department of Homeless Services targets for families with children, adult families, and single adults.Manage the daily work of a team of Homebase staff, including the Data Manager and Archives Manager.Work within a crisis driven environment with a knowledge base of housing and homeless prevention servicesAttend and deliver ongoing professional development as part of the S:US Homebase program.Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to management to inform both policy and practice.Be available to families seeking assistance at least five days a week, eight hours a dayWork to ensure that families are receiving full support in the programServe as agency/program liaison to community agencies and/or groupsProvide clear written reports that capture key findings to include provider areas of strength, and recommendations for improvementAbility to work a flexible schedule when neededComply with all S:US Employee Policies, Procedures, and Protocols, S:US Corporate Compliance Policies, documentation standards, and NYS Dept. of Social Services Rules, Regulations, and StatutesWorking knowledge of various computer software programs including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use the AWARDS and CARES systems.Verify PATH clients seeking services submit proper required documentations for an eligibility determination.Track outreach activities done by all staff membersSupport implementation and service delivery of special projects including SAMHSA, private grants and new initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned.Documentation:Regularly updates and reviews charts, CARES, and other records/systems, helping to ensure that the program follows the rules and regulations of licensing and funding agencies, and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.Ensures project milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.Supports timely and accurate documentation of housing services.Works alongside staff as needed for compliance/quality improvement measures for seamless service delivery.Assists with accreditation reviews, monitoring visits and program audits.Completes all required trainings.Contributes to the development of program policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.Incorporates the use of best practices for ongoing quality improvement of the S:US Homebase and affiliated program. Accountability:Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner.Responds to participant and stakeholder needs promptly, accurately and with courtesy and respect.Models appropriate behavior and represents the organization in a positive and appropriate manner.Promotes the SSVF Housing First model of service delivery.
