Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day disciplinary issues with the planning room staff and assist in investigations of hazing, harassment or bullying. Proactively and effectively communicate with parents and work closely with the school counselor, planning room staff, intervention staff, athletic director and department chairs to support students in learning the tools to manage their behavior. Enter disciplinary data into the student management system. Be a partner in student engagement, building a respectful community, equity and inclusion. Assume all responsibility for school leadership, decision‑making, and operational safety in the principal's absence. Assist in conducting classroom observations, evaluating staff performance, assisting with personnel matters, supervisory responsibilities, and implementing curriculum improvements.
