Prepare Senior Leadership updates to share progressCreate and distribute monthly dashboard updates and resolving key blockersLead weekly leadership call for AMP JourneysPre-PIPE Readiness Testing OversightManage parallel testing framework (PTF) and testing best practicesOwn prioritization for entire program, and focused planning on key areas (e.g., CAS discovery)Data Insights Funding ManagementCollate data to support the qualitative journey status (e.g., data enablement tracker)Budget, funding, capacity management and oversightProgram Governance Enterprise PlanningSupport program adherence to Enterprise policies (e.g., New or Modified Product Governance Management Policy, Project Governance Bank Policy)Coordinate timely responses to Audit and target satisfactory rating Support investment planning activities
