Maintenance TechnicianShift: 3rd ShiftPay: $32+ (Depends on skills) + Shift DifferentialWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on an off-shift schedule. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support safe and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair production machinery, conveyors, electrical systems, and facility equipment.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Conduct equipment changeovers and adjustments to support production needs.Troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, drives, sensors, and control circuits.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Order replacement parts and help maintain maintenance inventory.Complete maintenance documentation and preventative maintenance records.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.QualificationsIndustrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V.Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes.Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment with minimal supervision.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Obetz, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
