Position Overview Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Tarentum, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time evening position (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week). Educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes. Use strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation. Qualifications Active RN license in the state in which you work. At least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day). Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.
