Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, formulating tailored treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions centered on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate harmoniously with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
• Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and essential exercises for home
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with the institution's protocols
• Engage in multidisciplinary care rounds and case conferences to guarantee synchronized care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are advantageous but not essential

Skills

• Preferred prior experience in a clinical environment
