Senior Maintenance Repairer Heating and Air Conditioning

Job Title Senior Maintenance Repairer Heating and Air Conditioning Department & Status Hunterdon County Department of Administrative Services, Division of Buildings and Maintenance. Full Time – 40 hours per week. Status: Open. Salary CWA contractual annual minimum $53,374.46. Responsibilities Under direction, performs the more difficult tasks involved in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating systems and equipment; may lead a small heating and air conditioning maintenance unit; performs other related duties as required. Requirements Driver’s license. At least one year of experience in heating and air conditioning work involving a variety of installation and/or maintenance tasks.
