Inventory Supervisor

Summary The Inventory Supervisor ensures efficient inventory flow and accurate stock control to support a seamless client experience in the boutique. This role supervises store inventory processes and team members while maintaining operational standards and supporting periodic counts and physical inventory. The Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and works onsite to facilitate receiving, shipping, and daily stock management. Responsibilities Supervise inventory team members and ensure proper training and compliance Process received stock and record items into the inventory system Organize and maintain stock in line with brand standards Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to store procedures Execute cycle counts and support the annual physical inventory Support opening and closing procedures and other in-store inventory operations Requirements Minimum 2 years of related inventory or retail operations experience Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs and perform physical stock handling Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
