Level II Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst - P2 - ONSITE

Overview Finance Program Controls Analyst (P2) in the Air Dominance portfolio supporting the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract – a critical modernization effort covering redesign and development of AMRAAM subsystems. Works onsite in Tucson, AZ. Requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret security clearance. A signing bonus may be available, provided the final candidate meets eligibility requirements. Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the program finance team responsible for detailed cost and schedule analysis. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly EVM deliverables. Help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the program’s EAC/LRE positions. Perform quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), utilizing key EVM metrics and program actuals. Complete monthly CDRL financial submissions with rapid turnaround to meet customer deadlines. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial data analysis supporting major program milestones and subsystem development progress. Update financial reports, tracking tools, and presentations for program leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure all changes are accurately incorporated into program control systems. Support FP&A monthly cadence and broader finance operations as needed. Qualifications – You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and/or process improvement. Experience with MS Office. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications – We Prefer Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines. Effective analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface across all levels of leadership. Exposure to EVM concepts or cost/schedule integration is a plus.
