Job Summary: National tire recycler has an immediate opening. We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Transportation Manager to lead daily transportation operations, manage driver performance, optimize routing efficiency, and ensure compliance with all safety and DOT requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish. Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility Requirements: Strong knowledge of local and regional geography, route planning and transportation operations Fluent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) required Experience supervising drivers and transportation personnel Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements Experience managing driver performance and safety programs Experience with routing software such as AMCS is preferred Associates or Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent transportation management experience will be considered Proficiency with computerized routing and scheduling 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off EEO Statement: Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
