ARRT Radiologic Technologist - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

MLR is looking for a compassionate Radiologic Technologist to become a part of our outstanding team near Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you'll assess and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions, assisting in their recovery, helping them regain independence, and enhancing their quality of life-while working with one of the nation's top critical access hospitals. As a valued team member, you'll provide direct care, work alongside other healthcare professionals, and contribute to our patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical conditions, focusing on strength, flexibility, and posture.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
Educate patients on techniques for enhancing recovery and preventing future injuries.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, comprehensive care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
American Registry of Radiological Technologists - Radiography (R)
Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
