Available Shifts & Pay
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday $19/hr
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 1:00 AM, MondayThursday $20/hr
Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM 2:30 AM, FridaySunday $21/hr
What You'll Do
Assemble Components Build quick-release couplings with accuracy and consistency
Operate Tools & Equipment Use hand tools and assembly machinery
Inspect Products Verify functionality and meet quality standards
Package completed assemblies for shipment
Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
Participate in A3 and 3-Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
