Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Outside sales consultants meet with customers in their homes, using pre-qualified leads where available. Earn while you learn: new employee consultants receive paid training to learn the business. Represent Empire Today in a professional manner and follow company processes for sales and contracts. Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually as required.
