Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details General outpatient population with minimal neuro cases. Pelvic floor experience is ideal but not required. Current staff averages 12-15 visits per day.
