Inventory Control Manager

This role manages HVAC inventory from purchasing to install, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and first-visit success. Position Overview Pay Range: Earn up to $75K A Year, Depending on Experience Compensation Breakdown: Hourly Rate: Up to $36 per hour - Depending on Experience Annual Range: Earn up to $75K A Year! Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Weekend Availability Overtime Available Medical, Dental, Vision, and Chiropractor Insurance Vacations Overtime pay Referral Program Position Requirements 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or MEP trades (must know the parts and equipment) Proficient in ServiceTitan is preferred (specifically the Purchasing and Inventory modules) Strong ability to use Excel/Google Spreadsheets to track turnover, shrinkage, and profit mar gins Ability to train field technicians on inventory workflows and enforce "clean data" habits Position Responsibilities Maintain the price book to ensure purchase orders, part numbers, descriptions, and costs are accurate Perform regular audits of technician van inventories; ensure field staff are accurately recording material usage Audit closed jobs to ensure all materials used were properly billed, preventing discrepancies from unrecorded parts Manage serialized inventory (AC units, furnaces, coils) from warehouse arrival to job site installation and warranty registration Partner with the Fleet Coordinator to ensure trucks are not only stocked but are also organized and under their weight capacity for safety and fuel efficiency Company Overview Founded in San Jose, IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical has built its reputation by delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services through disciplined systems and skilled professionals.
