We continue to grow, which provides amazing opportunities for our team members to expand their careers.What you'll be doing:Strategically manage various aspects within the warehouse in compliance with company policies and visionInitiate, coordinate and implement optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all general warehousing standards, and shipping code requirementsMaintain standards of health, safety, hygiene and securityRecruit, select, coach and motivate employeesProduce production reports and performance statistics regularlyMaintain company standards of performance, adherence to policy, and operational practicesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree is preferred, an Associate's degree is required, or an equivalent number of years of experienceProven work experience as a warehouse manager or supervisorExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesLeadership skills and ability manage staffStrong decision making and problem solving skills, excellent communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours to include nights, holidays, and weekendsBe at least 18 years of ageAble to submit to a Drug Test and Background InvestigationRooms To Go is an equal opportunity employer.
