Assistant Manager in Training We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Manager in Training to join our team! You will be responsible for sustaining an organization providing exterior express car wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed. Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in the training and development of employees. Foster a positive work environment. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Perform preventive maintenance. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. A minimum of 2 years prior staff supervision experience. Ability to operate in a fast‑paced quickly changing environment. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Positive and professional demeanor. Be detail‑orientated. Excellent verbal communication skills. Enjoy working outside. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Possess or be willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
