We're looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Benefits Advisors .

This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll work directly with working families, learn how to understand their needs, educate them on the benefits available, and guide them through their options.

Along the way, you'll build skills that can take you far beyond your first position - communication, relationship management, presentation, sales, negotiation, and leadership.

Previous sales or benefits experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements
What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with families to understand their needs and provide benefit information
• Conduct client presentations and consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Explain available options clearly and professionally
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Develop the skills necessary to take on additional responsibility and leadership opportunities
