Mark Tipton - State Farm Agent is a growing State Farm Multi-Office Agency serving the St. Louis Metro Area, and we're looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member .

No insurance experience? That's okay. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day simply answering phones or processing paperwork. You'll play an important role in helping customers protect what matters most while helping our agency continue to grow.

You'll:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Help customers understand their insurance and identify opportunities to improve their coverage
• Conduct policy reviews and make personalized recommendations
• Work with both warm and cold leads to identify needs and offer appropriate insurance products
• Proactively follow up with customers and prospects
• Help resolve customer concerns and create an excellent overall experience
• Develop sales, communication, relationship-building, and insurance knowledge that can help you grow your career

No insurance experience is required. We will provide training and support, but you must be willing to learn and obtain the required state insurance licenses.
