Payroll Specialist Little Rock, Arkansas, United States $ 70,000.00 - 85,000.00 (US Dollar) Arkansas Talent Group seeks an experienced payroll specialist to join a large thriving organization! The payroll specialist will report to the payroll manager and support payroll for 800+ employees in multiple locations and states. Job Duties: Assist the payroll manager with processing over 800+ employees in ADP Data entry and reconciling payroll weekly Making changes to payroll as needed Wage garnishments Tax compliance/understanding of the filing requirements for local, city and municipal taxes Audit and reporting Compliance Assist with monthly financial statements Point of contact for employees and leadership with payroll needs and discrepancies Special projects as needed by the payroll manager Requirements: 4+ years of experience processing payroll with 350+ or more employees Experience processing multiple sites/states Payroll tax, reporting, and compliance experience Experience with ADP highly desirable Company is offering a generous base salary with yearly increases, ample PTO, and incredible benefits and perks!
