Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.What you'll do:Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanicsProvide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goalsManage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conducting thorough technical prescreeningLeverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidateProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the processNegotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talentPosition Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent5 years of talent acquisition experienceCorporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry strongly preferredThis position will sit in Dallas, TXDesired Characteristics:Bachelor's degreeExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow.
