Call Center Agent

We are now seeking a representative with strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills to join our Call Center Team. In addition to strong communication skills, the successful candidate:

• Has one to three years customer service experience
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment working with members
• Has effective interpersonal and interdepartmental skills
• Maintains composure under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests
• Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve
• Educate members on our products and services and self-service options; Advise members on financial solutions
• Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their manager, along with their recommendations.
• Sends secure emails and electronic forms as requested.
• Perform daily duties accurately while maintaining acceptable production levels and managing down time.

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.

Salary Range from Call Center Agent I to Call Center Agent II DOE:
$26 to $30 per hour
