This opportunity involves covering a leave from October 15, 2026, to January 22, 2027, in a supportive and collaborative educational environment near Mequon, WI. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification
Experience designing and adapting instructional materials for varying learner abilities
Familiarity with drafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with fellow educators, support staff, and families
Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher ideal, but passionate new grads are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and interventions to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
Foster a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to ensure student success

Support smooth classroom routines and contribute to overall school life during the leave period
