Experience:
6+ years | Advanced degree required
Recruiting for a VP-level Program Manager with a strong background in program planning, governance, and senior management presentations within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Lead program planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Prepare and present governance materials to senior management.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage multiple priorities.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and work independently to drive results.
Leverage Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools such as Copilot .
Preferred: Experience with LoanIQ or related lending products. Data management experience is a plus, but strong program management skills are the priority.
Looking For: A proactive, resourceful program manager who thinks strategically, takes initiative, and excels in a collaborative financial services environment.
