Operating Model Consultant - Engagement Manager

Position Overview Acquis Consulting Group is seeking a driven and experienced consultant with deep expertise in operating model design and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and practical execution capability, with a proven record of helping complex organizations clarify how they are structured, governed, and run. This is a high‑impact role requiring executive presence, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross‑functional engagements from assessment through strategic design and implementation.
