Job Description: Must Have Skills: SQL, Capital Markets Experience, Credit Risk Knowledge Desired Skills: 5-7 years of business analysis experience, ability to lead smaller programs. Experience with BASEL reporting applications (optional). Experience with OTC derivatives products and risk management for OTC products. Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and mapping activities. Experience in requirement elicitation, verification sessions, and documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, Gap Analysis, source to target mapping, process flows, and data diagrams. Experience in System Testing, defect logging, and User Acceptance Testing. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
