Technical Manager - Analyst(Full Time)

- Hands on experience in Java Springs Batch & Web Services, XML/XSL XPath, IMS DB2, ETL-Datastage.
- Database – Oracle PL/SQL and DB2
- Knowledge in Recurring Payment System for Insurance
- Insurance Domain Experience – preferably US Insurance Domain
- Insurance processes like New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Data & Reporting, Analytics, Actuarial etc.
- Manage & Guide the development team throughout the implementation
- To understand client environment and collaborate with customers during Design/Development phases
- Propose various solution options and engage in solutions discussion with customer and product vendors.
- Understand the existing platform landscape and work with the SMEs to devise the technical solution & approach
- Create and manage execution plan for the transformation
- Conduct Workshops, walkthroughs and meeting involving IT and Business stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with Clients, product vendors and TCS Team
- Lead and manage 50+ member team in an onsite/offshore environment
- Excellent communication / leadership skills
