Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee the daily operations of a sterile compounding pharmacy specializing in home infusion and targeted drug delivery therapies. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and product quality, and leading pharmacy staff in a fast-paced clinical environment. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee the daily operations of a sterile compounding pharmacy specializing in home infusion and targeted drug delivery therapies. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and product quality, and leading pharmacy staff in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Oversee all sterile compounding pharmacy operations and workflows Ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and all applicable state and federal regulations Lead quality assurance, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom compliance initiatives Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacists, technicians, and support staff Manage IV therapies, home infusion medications, TPNs, biologics, antimicrobials, and other sterile preparations Prepare for regulatory inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely patient care Maintain accurate documentation, investigate deviations, and implement corrective action plans Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of sterile compounding pharmacy experience At least 1 year of pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience Hands‑on experience with IV therapy and home infusion pharmacy services Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses as needed Pay range and compensation package Pay: $95–$100/hour Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr TAG MedStaffing
