Admin Asst Sr Healthcare 8D PCCU

Responsibilities* Inpatient unit Administrative Assistant to perform routine administrative activities with limited authority to make commitments on behalf of unit. Prepares and submits biweekly and monthly payroll generated from One Staff data. Has payroll reviewed and signed by Clinical Nursing Director of unit, in time to meet payroll deadline. Reviews GPRs and seeks adjustments when necessary. Follows up with staff involved, collects productivity, payroll, and attendance data. Approves changes in staffing/scheduling of staff. Prepares and submits travel, hosting, tuition support requests. Completes projects and other duties as assigned by manager. This is an on site M-F day time position. Hours and Days Vary.
