What does a Real Estate Salesperson do?

As a Real Estate Salesperson, you represent home buyers searching for their perfect property and sellers looking to get top dollar. You guide both sides from first conversation through a successful closing, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business for years to come.

• Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business

No prior real estate experience required - we provide complete residential sales training.

What are the requirements?

The requirements are straightforward.

• Be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step)
• Complete Coldwell Banker Premier Properties residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you
