ARRT MRI Technologist

MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our client's prestigious hospital team near Mcminnville, Oregon!

MRI Technologist - Key Responsibilities:

Operate MRI machines to conduct high-quality diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Review medical orders and patient histories to ensure accurate and effective imaging procedures.
Maintain thorough documentation of imaging results and patient data within the hospital's electronic records system.
Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MRI equipment to guarantee optimal operation.

MRI Technologist Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program is required.
Active Oregon Radiologic Technologist license is mandatory.
Certification by ARRT in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is required.
1-2 years of experience performing MRI procedures is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
