Executive Director

Wage: Depends on experience. Time Commitment: Full-time of 2080 hours yearly unless funding would change. Travel, nights, weekends are required. Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in social service or related field or related work experience equivalent. A minimum of two years administrative/management experience. Have an understanding of the dynamics surrounding domestic violence and sexual assault and be willing to take further training. Demonstrate compassion, non-judgmental attitude and a genuine sensitivity toward victims of domestic violence of sexual assault. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all clients, volunteers, and personnel issues. Ability to work under stress and make sound decisions in a crisis situation. Must possess a valid driver's license, have a phone and be willing to pass a background investigation and meet minimum age requirements. This is not a complete job description.
