Bar Belly has been on Orchard Street long enough to have built something most bars never get to — a real establishment. A room with a history. A team that knows what it's doing. And, maybe most importantly, guests who keep showing up because they actually like being here.

That last part matters more than people think. The shift you work depends almost entirely on who's sitting at the bar. Ours are good. Curious. Generous. The kind of people who tip well, ask about the menu, and remember your name back. Eight hours a night in a room full of people like that is a different job than eight hours in a room full of strangers who don't care.
