Job Summary:
An Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) specializing in Pediatrics is sought for a travel assignment at a healthcare facility in Aurora, Colorado. The position involves working in a Level 1 Trauma facility with a focus on pediatric, orthopedic, spine, and neuro procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Aurora, Colorado
• Specialty: Operating Room Pediatrics Only
• Shift Hours: 12-hour days | 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility; pediatric experience required; strong Ortho, Spine, and Neuro experience; ability to scrub is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Willingness to float to off shifts as needed; flexible with rotating shifts.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with possible shifts including 09002100, 11002300, 15000300, 19000700; work hours and schedule may change based on departmental needs.
• Additional Information: No Reason To Operate (RTO) approved within the first two weeks of assignment; medical and religious exemption requests from seasonal influenza vaccination are permitted; position may include off-shifts, weekend work, and on-call responsibilities with a response time of 30 minutes; no float requirement.
